CHANGES TO THE STRUCTURE

Sometimes the policy is issued before the courts have approved the case. The courts may request some changes to the structure. If this is the case, the Head Office of the life insurer will typically charge a $250 administrative fee to rewrite the policy. Rewrites only apply if not settled. Once settled, no changes are allowed.
